With his extensive experience in pan-Asian cuisine, he won the hearts of many gourmets. Once in Switzerland, he led the team at HATO Zurich and realized numerous successful projects.

Driven by his pursuit of culinary art and the desire to improve Swiss hospitality, Claudio began his career as an entrepreneur. This is how “Radocchia FineFood” was born, a specialized company for private and corporate events.

Claudio's goal is to achieve a top position in the gastronomy industry with his special cooking style and his team and to have a significant influence on the Swiss gourmet world. His enthusiasm for cooking and his quest for culinary excellence are the motivation for his constant search for new culinary challenges.

A talented businessman with a penchant for good wines.

Allen's career began in gastronomy, in well-known hotel restaurants such as the Villa Honegg and the Park Hotel Vitznau. There he developed an impressive network thanks to his outstanding service.

His great passion for hospitality led him to managerial positions, where he also further developed his sales skills.

After his time as General Manager at HATO Restaurant, he founded his own company GASTRO PARK, an exclusive wine trade, based on his valuable network and his passion for sales.

With his excellent customer relationships in the catering and private sectors, he not only offers wine seminars, but also supports restaurants in a special way.
