The Sauvignon Blanc Quercus matures for 14 months in French oak barrels and impresses with its high structure and alcohol content. The name 'Quercus' refers to the oak aging.
It is precisely these rather difficult circumstances, be it the poor soil or the proximity of the forest to the vineyard, which means that a lot of heat is lost, that make it all the more interesting to produce this wine. Due to its structure and deliberately high alcohol content, Sauvignon Blanc Quercus is a wine for the ages. Quercus: Quercus is the Latin word for oak and is intended to explain the ageing in barrique barrels. This wine was aged unfiltered in small wooden barrels for more than 14 months from the start of fermentation. Only the best selected French oak was chosen for this
