The wine matures for 6-10 months in French and American oak barrels. The grapes are dried for 10-15 days, then pressed, destemmed, and fermented for 10-15 days at 22-24
The wine is aged in French and American oak barrels of 5-20 hl for a period of 6/10 months, the grapes undergo a light raisining process of 10/15 days. This is followed by pressing with destemming and maceration at a controlled temperature of 22/24°C for 10/15 days
